If You Stop Moving, You WILL Stop Moving



My husband and I take care of our Mothers full time, and so I developed this set of workouts specifically for them.  Both of them are immobile and Movement is SO Important Especially if you have limited mobility.

When you stop stretching and moving your body properly every day,  your body will start shutting down in the amount of mobility you have, and you will literally feel sick.

During this stressful time, it is VITAL that we stretch and move our bodies to release worry, stress and tension.
