7-10-2020  Decided to try for the Presidents Volunteer Service Award 2021.  The GOLD award requires 500 volunteer hours and I am going to really try to achieve that.    

 

7-10-2020  Created a 2 part series of Chair Exercises for Seniors. Each part is about 15 minutes long and the 2 part series is a full body workout for someone that is living part time or full time in a chair or on a couch.  These videos are available for free on YOUTUBE.  (7 hours)   The exercises are in the navigation of this blog.

8-12-2020  I had large closet that I have been saving clothing and other items I wanted to donate this season  I gathered up 2 very large bags of women's casual clothing and night clothes and made arrangements to take them to a brand new local donation drop off in my neighborhood for a contactless drop.  (1.5 hour)

8-17-2020-   Started the project of compiling a comprehensive listing of resources for people coming out of Sex trafficking for the Amarillo/Texas Panhandle area for my volunteer organization, "Freedom in the 806, Sex Trafficking Coalition" .  This consists of the following parts; Contacting various organizations and people to gather current resources -  compiling what is already available and organizing the data - Collecting additional resources and information to add to the list - VERIFICATION OF ALL RESOURCES AS BEING ACCURATE AND MOST CURRENT - Finish Draft of document - Editing - Final document ready to distribute.  This project will take several weeks if done properly.
