We follow that with 50 minutes of stretch yoga that I created for pain, flexibility, and toning. These ladies really put the effort in, and they are having some amazing progress in flexibility and pain they have had for years. I'm super proud.

Updated Jan 1, 2025....NEW BUCKET LIST ADVENTURE!
I am so so grateful and honored for the opportunity to compete in this pageant that has changed my life for the better. I am going to rock this national title throughout the next year! And the crown is so gorgeous, it is my favorite color blue just like the ocean that I live by now.



This is a perfect way to start the New Year, live your bucket list y'all!

This year I'm competing in an amazing Fitness pageant, America's Fit Miss, that is motivating me like I cannot even believe! I am in the process of moving to South Texas where I will be offering calm and smooth yoga and stretching for older women like myself in my new beach community.

I started getting SUPER serious about fitness in 2022 when I turned 60. My mother who was my BEST FRIEND had passed and I took it very hard and began grief eating and stopped working out for the first time in my life. I ate tons of delicious foods and although I thoroughly enjoyed it, I gained a bunch of weight and felt and looked just awful. On top of that, I was having a terrible time with arthritis all over and fibromyalgia in my arms and legs.
I started riding a stationary exercise bike and doing stretch yoga.
Quick warmup stretch 2-5 min
Exercise Bike 20 minutes
Stretching 20 minutes
That little workout has simply evolved into more. Eating right, exercising properly, keeping your mind in good health, chasing Joy.

HOUSE IS ON THE MARKET!! CONTRACT IN PLACE!! Last year at this time I was working on and crushing arthritis and fibromyalgia pain. With a lot of work and lots of tears for many months I had gotten rid of almost all of it and I was so happy I needed to share what I had learned and what I was doing. I had absolutely no plans of selling everything and moving to my dream location
or anything like that. WOW!!!!!!!
