This morning I woke up sore and stiff from the huge downsizing we have been doing the last several weeks and getting ready for our 2nd estate sale tomorrow .. so I made me a nice cup of vanilla cinnamon coffee with steamed milk and took about a minute and a half and got my breathing going right and stretched out a little bit before I started my morning workout. It's surprising how much better you can feel just by breathing with the simple stretches in this video I created poolside a few weeks ago.
Taking just this minute and a half for yourself could mean the difference of you feeling tired and stiff all morning or starting your day feeling great and less stressed.
It is so important to stretch before ANY activity that you're going to do and also remember to drink lots of water!
Yes, I watch the videos that I create for y'all and exercise along with myself. These last videos that I created poolside remind me of how much fun I had during that staycation at one of our favorite hotels.
