Sept 9th I increased the time on my exercise bike from 30 minutes to 35 minutes. Along with 30 minutes of good stretching, this always starts my day with energy and a good attitude. I am about 3 months out from my pageant!
I like to ride my bike while I'm watching one of my favorite series, "Supernatural". #TeamDean
I will admit when one of the monsters show up I do pedal quite a bit faster LOL.
I am simply tickled that I felt like it was time to increase the time I spend on my bike every day.
Today, I don't feel any more tired than usual when I'm done so I may go up to 40 minutes tomorrow. Little by little we go a long way.
It's Motivational Monday, so even if you just do a little stretching, move that body! Do some nice calm breathing to destress. Remember, If you stop moving you will stop moving! Let's feel better!
